Eleonore M. (Jaeger) Colwell Obituary

Eleonore M. (Jaeger) Colwell, 86, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2019. She was the wife of the late William H. Colwell. She was born in Providence, the daughter of the late Otto A. and Lina (Essig) Jaeger. Mrs. Colwell was an office clerk for MetLife for many years before retiring. She lived in Johnston for most of her life before moving to Smithfield in 2010. Mrs. Colwell was a member of Our Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church and a member of its choir. Eleonore loved her family. She was a people person, who was a caregiver to many. She was an excellent needle worker and enjoyed all kinds of crafting.
Mother of William A. Colwell and his wife Priscilla of So. Woodstock, CT and Lori L. Weber of Riverhead, NY. Grandmother of Karoline Weber, Bethany Weber, Adam Weber, Emily Colwell and Ian Colwell. Visitation in the TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Chapel, 643 Putnam Ave., (Rt.44) Greenville. Saturday, July 13, 2019 from 11am to 12:30pm with a Funeral Service at 12:30pm. Burial will be private
