Elizabeth M. "Betty" Voisinet Obituary

Elizabeth M. "Betty" Voisinet (Phaneuf), 72, of Coventry, formerly of North Kingstown, passed away Thursday, October 3, 2013. She was the beloved wife of Edwin J. Voisinet for forty-two years.
Born in South Kingstown, she was a daughter of the late Adelard and Anna (Holden) Phaneuf.
Mrs. Voisinet worked as a bus driver and later as a para-professional for the Town of North Kingstown for forty years before retiring.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Besides her husband, she leaves five children, Barbara Gardiner and Elmer Salisbury, III both of North Kingstown, Ann Armstrong of Exeter, Jeffrey Salisbury of Maine and John Voisinet of Westerly; two step-children, Janine Carlson of Coventry and Stephen Voisinet of Warwick; three brothers, Gerald, Robert and Richard Phaneuf all of North Kingstown; a sister, Barbara Burum of Maine; eight grandchildren, Dennis Armstrong, David Perillo, Michael Armstrong, Meagan, Erika, Kathryn and James Salisbury and Juliana Voisinet; and a great-grandson, Damian Perillo. She was the sister of the late Adelard Phaneuf.
A graveside service will be held Monday, October 7, 2013 at 10am in Elm Grove Cemetery, 960 Tower Hill Road, North Kingstown. Visiting hours Sunday 5-8pm in the FAGAN-QUINN Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown.
