Margaret M. Corcoran Obituary

Margaret M. (Flanagan) Corcoran, 93 passed away peacefully on Friday, September 18, 2020 surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph L. Corcoran. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late William and Alice (Donahue) Flanagan. She is survived by her children, Joseph Corcoran and his wife Pat; Margaret (Peggy) McCaffrey and her husband John; and Susan Budnick and her husband, Steve. She was the Grandma to her two adoring grandsons, Jake Budnick and Brendan McCaffrey. She was the sister of Edward Flanagan and the late Rose Coty, William Flanagan, Leo Flanagan, and Alice Potter.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, September 24, 2020 from 4-6 PM in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Friday, September 25, 2020 at 10 AM in St. Kevin Church, Sandy Lane, Warwick. Burial will be private at the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to The American Heart Association, 1 State Street Suite 200 Providence, RI 02908, or, the American Diabetes Association 260 Cochituate Rd #200 Framingham, MA 01701 will be appreciated. Face masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
